Continuation, not conclusion.

Love Remembered. Lasting Impact. Love Remembered. Lasting Impact. Love Remembered. Lasting Impact. Love Remembered. Lasting Impact. Love Remembered. Lasting Impact. Love Remembered. Lasting Impact. Love Remembered. Lasting Impact. Love Remembered. Lasting Impact.

A signal of
continuation.

The ellipsis is a universal signal that something is still forming. When you see three dots on a screen, you know a message is coming. Not silence — activity. Not an ending — a continuation.

We chose it because loss is not a full stop. Grief is not the end of a relationship — it is a change in how that relationship exists. The people we lose remain part of us. Memory continues. Connection changes form.

Still With Us... exists because no one wants to be forgotten. Because what remains of a life deserves structure, not just sentiment. Because memory, left without systems, fades — not because it should, but because nothing was built to hold it.

The three dots are our commitment to that continuation.

A person beside a Still With Us memorial stone

Not a product company.
A long-term system in formation.

Still With Us is the parent organisation behind a growing family of brands — each operating within the broader system of memory, identity, and continuity. The work is being built to endure across generations, not to optimise for any single moment.

We are founder-led and early-stage, supported by a small team across engineering, research, and product development. We intend to be here for a very long time, and the architecture and values of this organisation are being built accordingly.

Current stage: Active development and system formation.

Memory is Fragmented.
Legacy is Fragile.

What we remember is not the problem.
How it survives is.

  • Personal memories are scattered across platforms not designed for multi-generational continuity
  • Physical memorials can endure materially while losing context, connection, and accessibility over time
  • Families lose access, permissions change, and stories disappear
  • There is no widely adopted system for continuity across generations
  • Most digital memory systems retain meaningful control over access, storage, or continuity
  • No structured transfer of access. No defined custodianship. No continuity protocols.

A New Layer of Infrastructure

Still With Us is not simply a memorial product company. It is building a system for continuity.

We are building an integrated system that combines physical memorial artifacts, non-custodial digital memory architecture, provenance-linked identity records, and long-term continuity frameworks.

"A system designed to reduce platform dependency, preserve meaning, and maintain continuity over time."
I
Physical Layer

Personalised memorial artifacts designed for identity, presence, and long-term continuity. Physical anchors within a broader memorial system.

II
Digital Continuity Layer

Non-custodial architecture designed to reduce lock-in and preserve continuity without taking custodial ownership of memory. The system structures access and reference rather than permanent media custody.

III
Authentication Layer

Provenance systems linking memorial records to identity, authorship, and verification over time. Chain-of-custody, tamper-evident records, and verifiable reference points.

IV
Continuity Layer

Custodian frameworks designed to support access, transfer, and preservation across generations. Memory is not meaningfully preserved unless it can be handed forward.

Trust Is Designed,
Not Assumed.

Systems intended to preserve memory across generations must be governed with clarity, restraint, and accountability. Function alone is not sufficient. Trust must be designed into the model.

We Do Not Own Memory

Non-custodial architecture. User media is not intended to be held as a custodial asset of the platform. Individuals and families retain primary ownership and control. Our model is designed to reduce dependency on any single platform.

We Reduce Dependency and Failure Risk

The system is designed to reduce single points of failure in access and continuity. It uses structured referencing, repair logic, and preservation pathways intended to support long-term resilience.

We Design for Absence

Systems account for death, inactivity, and organisational change. Custodianship is defined rather than assumed. Continuity should not depend on any single individual.

"Memory is not an asset class. It is a responsibility."

Clear Constraints.

Non-custodial by design

The platform is designed to avoid permanent custodial ownership of personal memory assets. We structure access and continuity — not storage and control.

Continuity over lock-in

The system is oriented toward transfer, repair, and long-term access rather than dependency. If access breaks, there are mechanisms to restore it.

Verification where it matters

Provenance, identity, and authorship are treated as structural concerns. Records should remain attributable over time, not merely stored.

Built in Australia

Still With Us Pty Ltd is incorporated and developed within an Australian corporate and governance context. Physical products are locally crafted in Melbourne.

Product, system, and architecture in development

We are an early-stage company building toward a complete system. Partnerships, pilots, and institutional collaboration are welcomed at this stage.

Compounding generosity

51% of designated distributable profits are directed to defined impact initiatives — a structural commitment, not a discretionary one. That floor grows with us.

51% Minimum allocation of designated distributable profits — directed to impact

Designed to Create More Good
Every Year.

"A structural commitment, not a discretionary one."

A minimum of 51% of designated distributable profits is directed toward impact initiatives addressing extreme poverty — specifically supporting children through nutrition, medical care, and education.

This is not a campaign, seasonal initiative, or discretionary gesture. It is built into the operating philosophy of the company as a standing allocation commitment — from day one, and increasing as we grow.

As the system grows, participation increases and the impact base compounds over time. The intention is not only to preserve memory, but to ensure that remembrance contributes to measurable good beyond itself.

Built to
Outlast Us.

Still With Us is being built as a long-term system. Not a campaign. Not a temporary platform. The architecture, governance, and model are being structured for continuity beyond any individual, team, or generation.

We intend to be around for a very long time. That intention is reflected in every structural decision being made — from how memory is stored, to how custodianship transfers, to how impact compounds over decades.

If it cannot survive time, it is not infrastructure.

"The memory was present.
The system was not."

The System Began With
an Observation.

Still With Us did not begin as a product idea. It began with a gap.

Following the passing of his grandfather, founder Ben Ferguson experienced what most families do: objects remained, photographs existed, and stories were shared — but there was no structure holding them together.

In the weeks that followed, something became clear. The issue was not emotional. It was structural. Memories were fragmented across platforms not designed to last. Access depended on accounts and systems that would not endure. Physical memorials remained — often without context, connection, or continuity.

There was care. There was meaning. But there was no infrastructure.

The response was not to create another memorial product, but to begin building a system: one designed to preserve memory, support identity, maintain access, and carry continuity beyond any single individual.

That question extended further: if memory persists — what should it make possible? The answer shaped the company. Still With Us is designed so that remembrance does not end with reflection. It contributes forward — structurally, measurably, and continuously.

Not a feature. Not a brand. A layer of infrastructure.
